Hi Kelly, Oh so precious! At least you've got some happy times to get you
through all the medical troubles you're having! Poor things, being so
sick--but what a trooper! I like to think that kittens can warm even the
coldest of hearts...
Clever name for Dibs! Hope you have many happy times in the future! Melissa

Hi Melissa,

Well, one of the new kittens, who I have named Dibs (ha! I am
adopting her, that's why she's named Dibs. If you want Dibs, start
your own rescue - get it? OK, it is probably just me that thinks it is
funny).

Anyway 3 of them are sick with diarrhea, so I took them to the vet
yesterday. He thinks they are younger than I had originally thought -
maybe 4 weeks? But they are completely weaned and everything, so maybe
since they were feral they just had to be tougher. She can't be
contained by anything. She's very smart and has learned how to climb
stairs and she can wiggle under doors. She climbed all the way up
into my *bed*.....that is a long climb for such a little girl, not
even a pound...curled up on top of my ear, and went to sleep. Awwww!
So cute!
