I wouldn't even consider vaccinating her  until after the babies are weaned.  
Vaccines weaken the body and, in her  condition, even just a little could be 
too much.  Check with a really  good vet re worming.  Without firm evidence 
that she had worms I  wouldn't.  How far along is she?  



About 2 weeks at the most.
I will contact me my Vets on Monday about the  worming.
