Beth,
Something that helps me is to write memorials to them. To just sit down
and through my tears write all the wonderful quirky memories I'm
grateful for. To place among pasted pictures free flow words of love
and peace. Blessings to you in your grief my dear. Stamp was loved and
he loved in return. Thank you so much for giving him a chance to know
what HOME means. He gets to take that with him and leave it behind with
you as well.
