Thanks for the tip Sheryl. I will get him tested for diabetes on his next
visit coming up this thursday. The vet gave him shots of baytril, betamox
and dexafort alongside the immunoregulin. Anybody had any experience with
the above meds?

I don't have anything on the kidneys for you, I do
have a warning about the steroid shots...watch for
diabetic symptoms because they have been known to
cause it...more drinking, more peeing, weight loss...I
have 2 cats with Diabetes and am a member of a message
board and I can't tell you how many cats contracted it
from steroid shots...so just be careful...
