When he initially suspected FIP, he continued treating.  When he came in
this morning she was in a coma.  I think they just told me the test results
as an afterthought.  I do not think he thought she would come out of the
coma.  I cannot afford to maintain a rescue cat in a coma for days or weeks
anyway on the slim chance they might come out of it.  I know it sucks, but
that's the way it is.  I wish I could afford to go down every possible
avenue for every cat, but even then you get into at what point are you just
making them suffer.

I'm really worried about Caroline now, considering 3 of the 5 have died
and one has cancer.
