I think I posted something about this Brewer's Yeast before-I was wondering if it was the same as Nutritional Yeast which I use on my popcorn, and it contains a warning about the high levels of iron which are dangerous to children (and I assume to cats as well). I've been wondering about giving it to the kitties.
