Ha! That would have been a funny email to HR!

I've never used a black light. What I do is crawl around on my hands and
knees with my sniffer to the carpet praying that no one comes in the door
and sees me! It's quite a hilarious picture. Thank goodness Bandit has been
cured of his piddle problem.

Good luck with the black light search if you aren't inclined to use my
method! :-)

Melissa

Subject: anyone recommend a good blacklight for detecting cat urine

Does anyone have any opinion on the best blacklight (for detecting cat
urine) to buy? Yup, the time has come.....(I don't buy from Walmart so that
one's out). Thanks in advance for any info. Kerry M. (Yikes----I realized in
the nick of time that I was in the process of replying to the wrong
e-address----this email was within a nanosecond of being sent to our HR
department!)

Right. I have been boycotting Nike myself for years because I was runner
and I thought they just plain made horrible products! So my boycott was
totally related to that fact that the crap they produced.... was crap!
Sometimes it takes a particular aspect of an issue to get people galvanized.
Sadly, sweat-shop conditions and child labor in third world countries is so
out-of-sight-out-of-mind for some people, they just don't care. That's
wrong, but I'd like to think that if you add one more reason to the already
extensive list that hits them closer to home, maybe you will get some of the
most reluctant of the reluctants to participate...for once!

Honey, Nike has been using child labor and sweat shop like conditions the
production of their products for decades...Human Rights & fair trade groups
have been at them since the late eighties....I really don't think they're
going to care about an animal rights issue. Nike cares about Nike's
profits...that's it...I've been boycotting them for 15 yrs...I don't think
they care or even feel it, but I wish you all the luck in the world.

Pretty much says that you aren't going to get much out of Nike if you call
them on their sponsorship of Vick. The underlying message to me is, let's
hit Nike where it hurts them...their bottom line. Stop buying their
products. I'm always up for a meaniful boycott...who's with me?!
