Thanks.  I will just stick to using it sparingly until we get some more info on the iron aspect.

I put one large tablespoon on my cats' dry food every other day.
 
That is 4 large dog size bowls of dry and one large crystal punch bowl that holds dry food.
(They are very picky about "presentation")........
Every bowl gets a spoonful.
 
I use the Twin Labs Super Rich Nutritional Yeast Plus.
 
It does contain more iron, but this supplement is divided almougst 40 cats.
 
The felv+ cats, which their are 4 of for now, also get it every other day.
 
As far as too much iron, I just emailed my vet for his opinion.
 
It is good for vitamin B supplement, and it seems to have really helped my cats, their coats are softer too........
