Hello. Bile can mean liver involvement. I don't free feed and if I go too long 
between AM and PM feedings, we will sometimes see this yellow frothy vomit 
(bile) from not having food in stomach. We usually stay on schedule, so a rare 
occurrence and only once. I'd have blood work done to RO anything serious.
