My thoughts & prayers are w/ you & Genevieve.
She is on the best drug possible that there is right now for URI,
(Zithromax), so it sounds like your vet knows the importance of "aggressive
treatment" for URI, espeically when it comes to the cat being felv+.
Is she congested?
Are you able to nebulizer if so?
Is she eating?
Also, you can try the "Little Noses" for children to help unplug her nose if
need be.
Get the "orange" labeled bottle, the one w/ a decongestant.
Just one tiny drop BID in each nostral.
Please keep us up to date.

Subject: Prayers for my Genevieve please
My beautiful Genevieve whom I adopted and brought home in April has come down
with a nasty URI yesterday.I started her on Zithro late last night and hope it
kicks in soon. This little tortie won my heart instantly over a year ago when
she came to Sids.It took me a year to get brave enough to bring her home. She is
tough little girl but I know how hard felv is on a baby.Just wanted to ask for
prayers and good thoughts.Thanks
Sherry
