HI Kelly I have a good friend whose friendship I value greatly. I had to bite my tongue when she told em she was getting her two cats declawed. They are two healthy happy cats she did this a year ago. I would never choose this option for cats. My door frame shows it too....lol one of Junior favorite scratching post.
