The petition has hardly any signatures, so maybe it's new. Let's make sure

A video showing 3 young Asians skinning two cats (one white and one black)
while they're alive and taped to a tree. It seems there were 4 people involved
because you can see 3 and one is making the video. During most of the little
that I watched, they spoke very little. At one point I heard a bit of giggling
(sicko b**tards). Don't know if it took place in the US or in their country.

(Warning! VERY graphic.) It's inconceivable that humans can do something so
cruel for no reason whatsoever.
It's not clear whether the perpetrators' identities are known or not and I
can't tell if they're Korean, Chinese or Japanese. From the writing on the
screen, I think we can eliminate Vietnamese.
The site this is on is horribly offensive and obscene and shouldn't be
allowed to operate. This just goes too, too far. Shows you just how sick humans
have become.
