I believe that L-lysine (pure) is very important in boosting the immune system. It's an anti-viral and a natural amino acid. It cannot be overdosed as it's water soluble. Some people love Vitamin C, but I don't have any personal experience using that with my cats. Best Friends Animal Sanctuary gives intra-muscular shots (versus IV, as some people do) to their FeLV+'s of Immuno-Regulin once a week I believe (although it might just be monthly or bi-monthly). :) Wendy
