   OK, first let me apologize, I got Mattie and Maggie confused.

First thing I would suggest is get a T Free 4 thyroid test done, I have never heard of it causing aggressiveness but it may be worth checking into. Howling or vocalizing can be a symptom of thyroid issues but if it is very earlier thyroid issues a regular thyroid test may not catch it.

High blood pressure can also cause howling.

As far as the aggressiveness goes here are some links on what may cause that, your vet needs to do some research on things that can cause aggressiveness in cats. FeLV does not in and of itself cause aggressiveness. Something is going on, could be a brain issue could be behavioral but it is not just because Maggie has FeLV+.
