It would be safer for him and any other kitties around if you could keep him inside full time. Some of mine were outside full time before I rescued them. They are happy to be inside and no having to dodge cars and predators.

He's still battling ringworm (areas end up healing and new fur grows back) - don't know if that effects using flea/mite treatment.
