But it's not just *any* buyout - It's P&G, the biggest Co. to continue 
unnecessary animal testing.


 And look at how the quality of IAMS/Eukanuba nosedived since P&G bought them 
in 1999...

While this might be very bad news, having been through a number of buy-outs and 
mergers in my professional career, I'd advise "Wait and see".  Just because 
Natura is bought-out doesn't necessarily mean the products will change.  This 
may be more about finances and stocks than actual product.  Or it could be 
about 
P&G gaining a foothold into the higher quality petfood market, again finances.  
Even in companies where no buy-out occurs, a once great product can change.  
So, 
as always, it's wise to check the contents periodically to be sure quality is 
maintained.
