That's exactly how to do it - be nice and accommodating while biting your 
tongue really hard, get the anima(s) - and then POW!  Let 'em have it between 
the eyes! But it just falls on deaf ears, so its purpose is probably more 
therapeutic for us to vent than to make some lasting impression on those 
people, who are probably just plain incorrigible! Maybe they're not even worth 
getting ourselves into a snit and raise our BP!
