I have two that experience this occasionally. One responds to baby food 
and a/d fed by syringe, and the other, cyproheptadine. Sometimes all they need 
is an assist to get over the hump. They do get a Vet check to acertain that 
nothing else is going on, a fluid bolus and B-12 injection, as well as oral DMG 
and Pet-Tabs Iron plus. Sometimes prednisolone can jumpstart appetite, and make 
a cat feel much better.

It's worth a shot to give them a chance to recover. I hope that your outcome is 
a good one.
