While I'm mourning the loss of our beautiful tuxedo girl Mimi last night, I find myself having to deal with Xenah's mouth problems. She was put on Antirobe for three weeks which she finished last Saturday. The first two weeks she responded very good to the a/b and was slowly beginning to eat anything she wanted, whether raw, canned or dry. The third week was a setback as if she had never started on the medication. I don't want to keep her on antibiotics that are not doing anything for her condition, so I found out from the list archives that CoQ10, 50 ml was recommended for mouth problems. She has been on it for two days now without any changes so while searching for natural antibiotics (I forgot if I found this also on the archives) I found a combination of 500 vitamin C plus a capsule of Kaolic Garlic for 10 days to be good for infections. Does anybody has any experience with this? Is Kaolic Garlic safe to give to the kitties. Lourdes
