I will be hoping she tests negative. But just remember that if she is still
testing positive that it's not the end of the world. I went through this w/
Andy's retest as I was so sure he had thrown it. He had just turned into a
completely different, HEALTHY, cat since his first tests. I was MUCH more
upset by his third positive test (IFA) than I thought I would be.

Know that her being so healthy right now means that you made progress, not
the results of some test! Like we discussed earlier, a negative test result
on a cat who has tested positive more than likely means their immune system
is dealing well w/ the virus... not that they are truly free of it. Unless
the first test was a legit "false positive," the biology of it seems to agree
w/ the statement that once infected, they will always have this demon in them.

I am not saying this to discourage you or to make light of a negative test
result you may get. I just think we need to keep in mind that a confirmed
positive test on a cat who is feeling great is not a death sentence and a
negative retest is not necessarily a reprieve.

Good luck!

Jamie
