Sharon,
have your vet prescribe something to stimulate his appetite. There is a
decongestant that will do this, or you could try Prednisone or DepoMedrol,
both steroids. There's controversy over using steroids, but IMO, if the cat
isn't eating at all, it's worth a shot. I've had good luck with both in the
past, Rissa-tai now is on neither.
