Carla, Violet and Rudy have elected not to give Holly anything special at the moment, other than Pet-tinic. They go to our cats-only clinic and the vet there is very good - in fact, my friend Faye goes there and swears by that particular vet, and she thinks Holly is fine at the moment - she has no apparent symptoms, and all her bloodwork was normal. Rudy is a retired anesthesiologist who does consulting work, and being a doctor he has pretty good understanding of the immune system and its workings. He's researched leuk and some of the treatments, and says he wants to hold off on doing anything as long as she doesn't have symptoms. Some people on the list believe in doing it this way, others think it better to boost the immune system to help ward off anything. I don't think any of us really know which is best.
