I agree with Belinda, but keep a close eye on it. My sister's geriatric
cat Sam does this (he's 16) but it's related to a non-cancerous growth
in his abdomen. If he eats too fast and then doesn't relax for about an
hour after eating, he tosses it back up. And anytime he eats dry, it
comes back up (but she has been free feeding - I'm trying to get her to
stop that for his sake). She has finally agreed to take him off dry
Purina Special Care and feed him only canned Nutro. Thank God! This
will be better for the other 3 as well. Her one cat is a tiny little
thing, but she's so fat, she won't play. All she does is sit around all
day and eat Special Care. She has a horrible dandruff problem. I told
her that the Purina isn't good enough for her coat and that's the
majority of the problem. She's too young to be eating Special Care
(besides, she doesn't need it).
Oops! Rambling a bit, aren't I? : )
