Hi Yvonne,
thank you for the welcome to the group and your advice. Yes I will definitely stay away from Thermo man (hehehehe!). I better explain to others who don't know about Thermo man! Thermo man is a vet who lost a thermometer up my Pebbles' rectum. He put the thermometer in and then turned away for a minute to do something, and when he turned back he said, "Where's the thermometer?!" He had to sedate Pebbles to retrieve it! Needless to say I no longer see Thermo man! I know he felt really bad about it, but I just lost confidence. I think Pebbles might have sat on it and in it went! I nearly had a nervous breakdown that day. So I repeat the moral and lesson of this experience. Make sure your vet HOLDS the thermometer when she/he takes your kitty's temperature. So you see a whole legend has been built around Thermo man on all the groups I am on. He is famous around the world now. If only he knew! LOL!
Love, Voula.

Welcome to the list Voula!!  I agree w/ everyone else that FeLV is an
unlikely prospect in two older indoor cats.  It wouldn't hurt to get the test
done, tho, just to give yourself peace of mind.  Just stay faaar away from
Thermo-Man!! :)  Take care!

Love,
Yvonne
