Hi Yvonne,
thank you for the welcome to the group and your advice. Yes I will definitely
stay away from Thermo man (hehehehe!). I better explain to others who don't know
about Thermo man! Thermo man is a vet who lost a thermometer up my Pebbles'
rectum. He put the thermometer in and then turned away for a minute to do
something, and when he turned back he said, "Where's the
thermometer?!" He had to sedate Pebbles to retrieve it! Needless to say I
no longer see Thermo man! I know he felt really bad about it, but I just lost
confidence. I think Pebbles might have sat on it and in it went! I nearly had a
nervous breakdown that day. So I repeat the moral and lesson of this experience.
Make sure your vet HOLDS the thermometer when she/he takes your kitty's
temperature. So you see a whole legend has been built around Thermo man on all
the groups I am on. He is famous around the world now. If only he knew! LOL!
