to the enviornment. BIG SIGH OF RELIEF! I've been through a lot with eight
furbabies now, but never anything of that magnitude. I surely don't claim
that I know everything LOL, but in terms of dealing with a fight with cats
and such, we're pretty educated. Romeo is definitely one unique personality
as they all are, but I had never seen anything like him. Once he had
explored for a WHILE tonight and got used to the enviornment (calmly thank
GOD!) he was all cuddles. I am pretty sure that once he's more familiar with
the kitties and the enviornment (and he's out on a constant basis) he'll be
much more comfortable. I'm sure that the catnip really helped mellow
everyone out. That was a BIG help! Didn't think of THAT one before, thanks
a trillion! Luckily today was a PLANNED outing for Romeo, so everything went
well. Yesterday he was the one that decided it was time and I hadn't had the
chance to prepare everyone - which obviously spelled disaster. Never a dull
moment!

That's great news. I think being over stimulated yesterday was prob.
most of the problem. That was good thinking about the towels--when I
got my Stanely (a dog), I got a towel rubbed with his mommy's scent and
kept that with him for a long time. Glad the cat nip helped, too.
