The vet has said if there is no improvement they will go to blood tests on Wednesday.
I have instructed - and lectured - everyone that if the cat has to have blood tests
that she is to be tested for felv.
I'll post another update to let you know what I found when I got to see her last night.

If the cats go outside you really should have Lucy retested for felv.

I'm sure the antibiotics will work on the infection, but you really
have to retest if they go outside, especially as she was in a fight
with another cat.
