Pam,

I sent a letter to the editor after I read one of the stories in the
archives. I would like to have read more, but it was $1.95 an article. I
doubt if my letter will be published; it was scathing. I only wish there
were a way to really make this jerk squirm.

Sharon

Subject: RE: Update on dentist who beat cat to death (warning: graphic)

Sharon, the actual deed took place a couple of years ago, but the trial
finally took place about two weeks ago. When it first happened, one of the
editors actually did a couple of columns about it (he appears to be
acquainted with both parties involved, but I would guess reading between the
lines he is more a friend of Nosey's owner), and there were several letters
to the editor. However, some of those letters were from people who actually
supported the dentist, saying he was right to fear what seemed to him to be
a rabid cat . . . (he said he was trying to protect his daughter). In
actual fact, his daughter hadn't even arrived home from school yet, if he
was trying to protect himself from anything, why didn't he just go inside
his house? He claimed he didn't know the cat, yet he lives almost opposite.
He was asked to stop beating the cat by two lady real estate agents who
witnessed the murder, but he went right on bashing her to death. If some
of us didn't have four !
legged children who need us to continue to support them, we probably would
have gone and bashed him to death already.
