Hey all. I've had an interesting experience with Rescue Remedy and wanted to share in hopes that it might help others as well.
Bach's Rescue Remedy is liquid gold around our place. It really does work. And not just for the kitties. Last night I was overcome with every emotion possible due to the house. Scared, nervous, everything. Couldn't sleep. My mind wouldn't slow down. I had read up about rescue remedy and saw how much it helped the furkids. You can't overdose on it. I didn't think it could possibly help MY stress, but it did. Took four drops and bang, it made a huge difference. Just calmed me down and helped me keep a level head. No more racing thoughts. It's just like it sucked the stress right out of me. I was still normal, just calm again. This stuff is amazing. I'd recommend it to anyone dealing with stress! I didn't think it would work, I can't explain how it did, but it was amazing. Now I won't leave home without it :-)
