The whole thing is just strange. He has no fever, his blood work is REPEATEDLY fine,
he has continuously tested negative for Felv and FIV, and his ultra sound was
absolutely clear (if I remember correctly Genie said it didn't show anything
abnormal). But if he is not eating and just wasting away, then SOMETHING is wrong.
It is bad enough to lose them when you know what the cause is, not to mention if you
have no clue why they are dying before your eyes. I feel helpless and sad and it's
not even my cat!

Genie- I know you have gone to a good "regular" vet, a specialist, and the vet you use
for Felv issues, but have you tried a holistic consult? Also, I think the Cornell
line is realitively inexpensive (maybe $35 or something?) but I have never used it.
Anyway, maybe if you could fax/mail copies of his lab work and ultra sound to them
they could see something the other vets missed? Have you shown all his results to
each vet you've gone to or are they just looking at the results of tests they have
done?
