Subject: RE: OT - Donations low for Charities

I think it's just great all the donations we are giving out right now to the
WTC tragedy. I just wish people would be more generous with the plight of
homeless animals and the shelters we have. Espescially the celebrities who
are donating enormous amounts of money! I certainly know were all my
donations go to, in fact I just made a generous one last week to a cause I
care so much about. Please everyone consider everyone animal or human. Lisa

would be fun) and we're having the same problem. We rely on foundation
grants, etc. for our funding and we've been told that since they've given so
much money for the relief effort in NYC, there's nothing left over for us,
or any of the other charities they used to fund. Doesn't help that the
economy is doing poorly right now - then people tend to give less as well.
I'm a little concerned about losing my job. And I know so many people who
have been laid off already. I know we all want to help the people in NY, but
don't forget about the charities you normally fund!! I'm still giving part
of my tax rebate to my usual charities.
