Hi all. I don't have a ton of time, but here is a quick update on our Luke. We had to take him to the vet again today. He's taken yet another nose dive. He's lost another half pound (I don't know where he's losing it FROM, he doesn't have half a pound to lose) and is getting extremely lethargic. We've decided to go with more aggressive prednisone. It's worked for him in the past month, but three days ago he started to go downhill again. We're still going with IBD & -----itis as the cause. The ultrasound we had done didn't give us anything definitive, and possible causes were just about anything with an itis on the end with FIP as a possibility. We still don't believe it's FIP, but because of this most recent nose dive we have to do something more drastic. He was perfectly fine last week - almost back to ! normal, I'd say abou! t 90%. Three days ago he started to go back downhill and today he hit an all time low. Didn't even flinch when the vet took his temp. Just wanted to sleep on the exam table :-( Please, any prayers possible right now would be greatly appreciated. We're making settlement on the house Friday. We're having problems and had to hire a lawyer. Honestly, this just SUCKS. I need to go buy a bottle of vodka and some OJ. Sigh.
