Glad to hear you have a little peace of mind.  Glad to hear 
everything is under control and I agree with you about the 
receptionist could of been nicer.  One of the vets I use I love her but 
their front desk needs some training in manners and customer 
service.

If you have a good relationship with your vet you may just mention 
that you were a little upset with they way things went when you 
called their office.

I use one vet mainly and had a problem their hospital gave me 15 
min to get there. I couldn't make it so went to "Animerge" for 
emgerencies.  When I was there last week for another cat problem 
I happen to get the partner of my main vet and when I told him.  He 
was not happy he said I was a customer and they should have 
taken as long as I got there by closing.  I felt better knowing that 
he was concerned that I was turned away and I should not have 
been turned down.

Once again glad to hear all is under control.
