Genie,
I feel the same way you do. I would at least buy organic chicken
from a health food store if you are going to try raw foods. Chickens
raised in battery cages in factory farms are not healthy or pumped full of
antibiotics to keep them from getting diseases from their crowed conditions
(and stress from same).
