Julie: Healing vibes being sent little Chappy's way. He sounds like such a sweet little guy.

I literally have a bag of every kitten chow known to man! He's an adult, but the vet said to give him kitten food for the extra protein since he is immune-suppressed AND diabetic (geeze! the poor guy!). He's actually none too pleased with any of the dry foods either; but, what does he like? Whiskas treats and Friskies kitten chow! Could you work with me here, Chappy? He's a junk-food junkie! So, lately I've been making up his bowl in very thin layers (if I mix all the dry kinds together, he doesn't like that) but if I start at the bottom layering: Wellness, Eukanuba, IAMS, Whiskas, Friskies, and then a couple of Whiska's treats on top he'll generally eat some (less than I'd like, but some) and on Tuesday he finished the whole bowl! He turned out not to have mange, but ringworm again (still, actually)....looks like it never completely cleared from his previous treatment. About the only thing Chappy doesn't have is fleas! With everything else going on, we just couldn't believe it! The poor guy is so run-down that I guess the fleas don't find him a worthwhile meal; be grateful for the little things! As for the supplements, try giving a stinky fish food like Fancy Feast (I know Sash loved that, although he doesn't get it anymore) that might help him eat his supplements in the food. It sounds like what your giving should help him. It's just getting it into his system without stressing him too much. I hope Chappy starts eating more soon. Good luck!
