Pam & Jamie,
No that doesn' t sound bad I gave it some thought. Problem is if she is darted in the area where she stays and we dart her and she goes behind the back of the cubbard we can not get to her and will do no good. If we could dart her and get access that would be a different story. The whole she pokes her head out is only about 8 inches if that. But good news we talked to the jerk last night and he says he will let all the managers know that we are feed the cat we just have to sorta check in. Supposedly he was mad cos the managers didn't know what was going on and what we are doing and they have a new vet at Vetsmart that is complaining about the smell. We are gonna put two small carriers in two separate doors one with food in and one with a blanket maybe she will think it's safe and use them then went we come in we will go and push them to the wall and if she is in get something to cover and then put the door back on the carrier. The cabinets can't fit the carrier with the door open. And he said I could come on Sunday before they open and try and get her too. Boy he was kissing booty big time. So we played his game and but we put food behind the wall in a bowl and in the cabinet so when they take it out today in the cabinet cos of Vetsmart is tonight she still has some there.(he he) Carla Date sent: Tue, 09 Apr 2002 18:50:04 -0400 From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: Re: off topic-since we are venting.......... Send reply to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Carla- This may sound horrible to you, but have you considered having her darted w/ a tranquilizer? I don't even know if that's possible w/ cats. I think Tonya had her Amoco dogs done this way. Of course you need someone who is trained to do it w/o hurting her. Just a thought- maybe as a last resort? Jamie
