I vaccinate all my cats as well as the dogs....Pam, I understand what your saying...I do volunteer work at my local shelter which they do PTS pets that don't get adopted after 4 days. I work as Vet's Assistant, I know how important it is to keep people informed but it doesn't always help. I go out of my way at times to help people get their kitties to the Vet and help find means of spay and neutering them too. Terrie
