Oh my god no.  I am a Telephone customer service supervisor for American 
Airlines. Many nut cases call and tell us they are Glad this has happened and 
we deserved it. I have even had comments that American was part of the 
planning of the Attack. Yes I'm from nyc and had friends and family and 
co-workers die. My Dad was an iron worker and that building was his pride and 
joy. He also works for American. As a supervisor I handle the calls from 
family members of the deceased. I hear about the final cell phone calls and 
stories of little kids "watching Daddy's plane crash over and over again".  I 
have talked with the people who took the final calls from the cock pit and 
flight attendants. There are some things that don't make the news. I never 
have worked for the medical profession. Please feel free to post this in case 
some one else might be thinking this. I'm sorry I didn't make my self clear. 
the attack and new security is a every day subject. It hurts. It won't go 
away for The company for a long time. I try and keep in mind that some of 
these callers are really crazy. And rest assured every one is checked out by 
security. They are just transfered to me as a supervisor to be recorded.
