Jenn, I wouldn't do an IFA unless you get a positive - it is used to confirm an Elisa positive. I'd just do the Elisa over again if you decide to test again in a couple of months. Hope everyone is negative every time! But if not, yes, giving the interferon would probably be a good idea, and maybe the DMG too. I think everyone seems to pay a different price for interferon, but seem to recall one of the less expensive ways to get it was from Island Pharmacy - someone else on the list can probably confirm this or you can look in Archives for Island Pharmacy.
