Hi all,

I am now doing some much needed renovations to my home/office (UGH!!!)
so will not be online much but before I'm off:

Niki - your are a true saint. Any kitty that finds you is so very, very
lucky. I was saddened to learn of the passings of your Diana and
Natasha. They were met with opened arms by all of our furbabies who have
gone on before them and are free to play til their hearts' content.

Denise - please let Grandpa Jack know I am thinking of him and that I
hope his tummy feels better.

Helene - thanks for the excellent info!

Gloria - re: MBK - and his poop problems. I've read some, because of
Frayle - info but lack of time to explain. Perhaps decrease Vit C for a
bit. Add a bit of Vit E. Search N-Acetyl Glucosamine, Glutamine, GAG
therapies for anti-inflammatory effects, glycosaminoglycan (GAG) layer &
Colostrum..... Gotta keep him on it for awhile to allow the intestinal
layers to recover tho - like with Frayle. It was actually intense
therapy - had to work up dosages from small to larger - she was vomiting
alot & often, but can eat anything now - except peacock feathers (cat
toy). The things that help and are great for other kitties, well she
couldn't handle them, so it was a slowwwwwww process (slippery elm,
Prozyme, Vit C - even teeny weeny doses, she would upchuck within half
an hour) Oh, yeah, add Calendula to the list that can help heal
infections (I have tincture and cream) and HyperCal (a homeopathic
cream - Hypericum and Calendula) and ostrich oil - it worked excellently
to heal Frayle's ulcerated inflammation on the back of her neck :) -
sometimes I wonder if people think I wear a pointy black hat and have a
wart on the end of a hooked nose (I do have a black cowboy hat, worn for
10 days of the year - the Calgary Stampede - lotsa real cowboys there)
.
Sue - thanks for the CoQ10 information!

Lisa - Hope Sash's nose feels better.

Karen - Please don't blame yourself for the losses of your kitties
before. The fault lies in the disease and the disinterest of some Vet's
to want to treat our furbabies.

Julie - I'd wait at LEAST 6 months after last IFA blood test for any IFA
bone marrow or PCR blood or bone marrow testing - just my .02 cents.

Candles will be lit each night to heal and to honour all of our kitties
............

Glenda
