Tonya,

Sorry you are going through this. I have a lot to read on so I am
behind.

I know they give predizone to immune problem cats depending on
the problem. Peggy who is not on the list at the moment has her
Bea on predizone and for lymphoma and anemia. She is doing
pretty good still.

My vet didn't want to put Bamama on predisone, and she is anemic
at the moment but with her I still think it's due to the radiation and
spleen removal.

Pill!!!! You may want to check and see if there is a pharmacy that
can compound predisone. There is a place near me that makes it in
flavored liquid and they have a jel that you can rub in the ear lobe.
But the jel they really don't know who effective it is. I used it with
Spider since he was terrible to be pilled. Some one on my anemia
group said they make her prescription in treats for ! her cat.

I would have got the gel for Charmed but he didnt' make it that long
to get a prescription change he was the worse of all I have had to
pill. I think it would have been less stressful and more effective for
him than the stronger pills.

Healing vibes your way,

Carla
