Jamie, yes, could be urinary tract problem - Daisy had one at 6 or 8 weeks. The adopters didn't bother to check her further after I gave them amoxy (I assume they gave it to her, but have no way to know for sure). She continued to pee in inappropriate places until at 5 months they decided they couldn't deal with it any more and returned her to me (didn't occur to them to take her to the vet). I took her straight to vet and urinary tract problem was diagnosed.
Could possibly also be something congenital, but that usually happens more with males, or manxes/bobtails.
