Pam, I'm so deeply sorry that Rocky's gone - what a brave fighter - what a sad tale.   I've felt bad about emergency care on one or two occaisons, but nothing like the awful stuff you describe.  I started to write a letter once, but thought maybe it was petty.  Whatever.  I'm glad Rocky had you -
