Karen, you're right, Jamie is very direct and clear and those are good things that make her a good communicator. You are NOT obnoxious or hurtful; you're strong-willed and call it like you see it and those are good things that make YOU a good communicator... You're just different in your approaches; that's what makes us special, everyone being a little different. Wouldn't it be a total bore if we were all the same?
