| Sorry, I can't really make that comparison for you. I always just fed the Eagle Pack dry in the red bag (regular adult cat formula). I read the back of the bag, but I didn't want to switch them (again). I'd been feeding Precise dry (green bag) and the pet supply shop owner gave me a sample of the Eagle in the red bag and my gang DEVOURED it.
