Hey - thanks so much for the encouragement. !  I've been REALLY worried about Nicky.  But I'm scared to try the Otomax again, because his reaction was so bad - unhappy and shaking his head all night.  He's just now recovering.  But I also think his ears are better! Have you used the Otomax? What did you think?
