Could be inflammatory bowel disease..that is a common symptom. You'll have to find out which cat it is... then talk to the vet... if it is IBD, there's lots of treatments (no cure) but lots of natural remedies.

I was just cleaning the litterbox and I noticed some soft stool with blood in it. I have 6 cats, 2 with FeLV so I don't know wich one it is. Kelleigh is scheduled to be spayed this week and has went into heat already, can that cause the blood? I looked at her rear end and it was a little red, but I couldnt tell if it was blood. Does anyone have any idea what could cause this? They all appear healthy otherwise.
