I checked the Alley Cat Allies site and finally was able to visit the pages I need and the local information page is not ready yet for viewing. I think I will call the Humane Society tomorrow to see what I can find out. Do you or anyone on this list ever do that work, the TNR program? I am thinking seriously about finding out more about how to do it. I am wondering if I will be able to re-release them back to a situation where they are starving, though, hmmm.....
