If it is hemobart then there should not be a problem for Leroy to rebound. They will give him pills I think it's for 2 or 3 weeks.

I would try seeing if you can get some B-12 injections. That did a world of good for Bamama when she was anemic. Also you may try and feed liver to him. But if you want I know someone on the anemia group feed Wysong Liver canned food and did well for about 2 years. But this cat was not felv or fiv (like Bamama who was fiv+).
