You can get the Nutrical from a vet..or form like petsmart..I think has it...it is NOT 
perscription so even if you can not find it at a store you can get it form any vet..it 
may have another name though..like Hi-Cal..it is in a toothpaste looking tube and is 
brown molasses looking stuff...you can also get plain flavored pedialyte and give him 
some of it..if you are concerned about him drinking...BUT that may also be beacause of 
the fluid in his chest...(I think you said there was fluid there too...right?)  You 
want to keep him hydrated but if there is fluid build up you should be careful..a vet 
would be able to tell you better..or someone who has gone through this or similar 
before....try going to Yahoo groups..there are groups on there for cats and 
like..CRF..which I know he doesent have...but fluid retention is often a problem in 
CRF cats...as you have to give lots of Sub Q fluids...someone on that group might have 
a better idea of how much fluids he needs to be getting...!
...I think the group is just called the Feline CRF group on yahoo..
