I use it every day, but you don't spray it on the cat. You spray it on the furniture, walls, and/or floor. I think it reduces anxiety a whole lot. My cat Patches pulls her fur out less when i do it, and sprayig cat carriers before vet trips mkes them really mellow. It stops marking too. or at least stops them from marking where it is sprayed.
